What does a visit looks like?
Step 1) Registration
When you arrive you will be given paperwork to fill out. Complete all pages and sign where necessary. We will make a copy of your Valid ID at the time of your visit.
Step 2) Coaching
Once your forms are completed and reviewed, a coach will take you into a coaching room to complete additional paperwork and allow you to ask questions and get needed answers.
Step 3) Pregnancy Test
When coaching is complete you will be asked to provide a urine specimen for testing. Our medical staff will perform a test and determine the results. In the absence of medical staff our coaching staff along with the client will oversee a self-administered pregnancy test to confirm/verify the testing results.
